Next Steps

1. We will review your application within 1 business day.

2. If accepted, we will email you an invoice for the application fee and good faith deposit. You can pay this invoice online using our eCheck service.

3. Upon receipt of your payment, we will change the property’s status to lease pending.

4. We will process your application by performing the background and credit checks, income verification, and landlord references.

5. We will contact you if we run into any issues, otherwise, we will send the owner an application summary for approval.

6. After the owner approves your application, we will order the lease.

7. We will circulate the lease for review and signatures.

8. We will circulate any HOA documents as required.

9. We will schedule the move-in.

10. We will meet you at the property for the move-in and walk through.
