A repeat client of ours reached out to us to help lease their newly acquired townhome. We previewed the property while under construction and made rental readiness recommendations. Once construction was completed and the additional readiness items were addressed, we performed a market analysis, agreed on an asking price, and photographed and listed the property. Once the property is leased, the owner will assume management responsibilities.
