This property was purchased by a real estate investor for it’s land value. Not only was there a gorgeous waterfront view, but a single family home, a cottage and a boat dock with davit. We had a year or so before plans to tear down and build or sell outright commenced. The investor needed the property looked after and also wanted to generate some rental income to help offset holding costs. We inspected the home and took care of the necessary repairs precluding tenants from occupying full time as this was a part-time vacation home. Afterwards, we listed and leased the property to a great family moving into the area.
