Project Description
We were contacted by the owners of this lovely home to learn more about leasing and property management. They were ready to try something new and wanted to lease their home. We provided everything they needed to make an informed decision. After evaluating several companies, they selected us to represent the property. They decided to go with our subscription program which provided consistent cash flow and no surprises. Once the particulars were decided upon, we photographed the property and listed it promptly.
