Project Description
We were contacted by owners who just completed a Section 1031 purchase. They were not in the area and needed a property management firm to prep the property and list it quickly. After we agreed to move forward, we toured the property and provided a punch list that included a full interior paint job among other minor repairs and improvements.
Once the punch list was approved, we completed all the work within ten days. We listed the property and had it leased the first weekend of showings. One week later the tenants moved in. The owners were pleased to start receiving rental income so quickly after signing up with Lindsay Leasing.
