This three story unit was under construction when the owners contacted us to represent their new investment property. Payne Park Village is a brand new community adjacent to Payne Park where the Legacy Trail is being extended downtown. The community features a community pool, a dog park and trails, and is within walking distance of downtown Sarasota.
We helped the owners value the property, as well as oversee other rental readiness activities. After showing the property to several prospects, we found many potential tenants were concerned with the ongoing construction in the community. Nevertheless, we persevered and eventually found the perfect couple for the property.
