Project Description
The investors for this single family home in Palmer Ranch are experienced real estate investors. They hired us to represent the property once it was ready to be leased. We visited the property while work was underway to review the home’s current condition and make any recommendations. We provided our feedback and waited for the owners to complete their remodeling. New flooring, new paint, new window treatments, a complete landscaping cleanup, and new pool equipment were all part of this project. The end result was a beautiful home that was ready to be leased. We took the photography and posted the listing. Within a week we had several pre-qualified tenants and closed a two year lease a few days later. The owners are more than pleased with the results and can now hunt for their next investment!
