The owner of this single family home in Palmer Ranch was pressed to get back home, but wanted to know his $375,000 investment was left in good hands. After reviewing our work experience and testimonials, the owner contracted Lindsay Leasing to prep, lease and manage his rental property. We visited the property and reviewed all the work that needed to be done prior to listing. Extensive painting, making miscellaneous repairs, deep cleaning, and selecting maintenance vendors were among the many activities required. We agreed to make a full court press on having the property ready for photography and listing by the end of the week. We pulled in the vendors needed to get the job done and managed every step of the way. By Friday, the house was ready for photos and was listed the following day. During the next week we continued working behind the scenes wrapping up the punch list. By focusing on the important items first we were able to list the property quickly. The owner was happy with the results. Now we just need to find a great family to occupy the home.
