Project Description
This Phillippe Shores single family home was purchased and remodeled by a military family for short term rental income and as a home to reside in upon retirement. After purchasing the home, the owners extensively remodeled the property to bring dated bathrooms, flooring and back yard pool up to today’s standards. We consulted on what renovations prospective renters often seek in this type of residence. After the owners left town, we assisted in wrapping up loose ends. The finished home was listed and leased quickly to a family. A few months later, we assisted the owners’ with obtaining FPL rebates for having new insulation installed. We coordinated the vendors, attic preparation, insulation installation, and payments. Now the home is more energy efficient.
