A recently purchased property in need some work before it could be leased. In collaboration with the owners we identified the scope of work, assisted with vendors and managed the final stages of the project. We consulted with the owners regarding “must have” repairs and renovations versus “nice to have” upgrades. It’s important to make all the necessary repairs but not over spend. Sometimes it’s better to accept a lower rent than renovate if the property will be converted to an owner residence in the near term.
