Project Description
This downtown condo offers beautiful views and attractive amenities. The carpeting was dated and in need of replacement. We consulted with the owner to select and install wood flooring and carpeting. The living and den areas received dark, rich-colored wood flooring while the bedroom received new carpeting. We coordinated with onsite property management and obtained association approval of the vendor and materials.
