A new client found us on Google and decided to give us a call. This client was relocating for work commitments in another state. We discussed the types of rentals we represent, our process, and our services and fees. We conducted a market analysis and advised on pricing. Once the client completed all the rental readiness activities we coordinated the final cleaning, carpet cleaning, and pest control. After all was finished, we photographed and listed the property.
