These owners were referred to us by a fellow Realtor who thought we could help transition the property from owner-managed to broker-managed. We reviewed our services and decided on our short-term program whereby the property was offered for rent during high season, which in Sarasota is January through April. After completing the paperwork, we quickly listed the property and began fielding inquiries.
