Project Description
The owners acquired this property with the intention of making improvements and then leasing it for the long term. After closing, we visited the property to determine what improvements were needed. The owners had a short punch list to begin with and we added additional items that we discovered during our inspection. The project consisted of having a new screened in pool cage installed, a full interior paint job, window treatments, and a handful of other items. All contractors were lined up and the work proceeded according to scope, budget and scheduling. The property was listed and leased to a nice family within one week. The owners were happy that they would soon start receiving rental income to offset their expenditures.
Over the years, we have helped the owners improve and maintain the property. New hurricane-grade impact windows, sliders and doors; new air conditioning system; new ductwork; and refreshed showers were among the larger projects that we assisted the owners complete. Regular landscape service, tile roof cleaning, pest control, and pool service are among the periodic maintenance provided by our managed vendors.
