Project Description
An existing client of ours acquired this property and asked us to help transition a current tenant. We stepped in, drafted up a residential lease agreement and facilitated the transition. We setup the recurring rent payments, transferred the deposits, and completed the whole process within a couple days of being notified. We’re on call for any repairs and maintenance as well.
