This single family home in Turtle Rock was in need of some “TLC” after being occupied for nearly five years by two different families. As property managers, we helped the owner identify upgrades and needed repairs. We recommended vendors, procured job materials, and oversaw all work performed. Paint, flooring, plumbing and pool cage screening were just a few of the items we addressed. All paint throughout the property was touched-up. We replaced the carpeting in all the bedrooms and had the grout cleaned and sealed throughout. We replaced the front door lock and handle, door stops, and garage door components. The spa heater was replaced as well as the lanai fan. We replaced the bathroom shower valves and upgraded the shower trim with brushed nickel hardware.
All the work was done against a tight schedule and budget. Overall the home feels updated and is ready for another five years. How did it turn out? Well, the property was listed and leased with just two weeks between tenants.
