There are two register vents, one in the kitchen and one in the family room that seem to have condensation and discoloration. I know the lease said a lot about moisture. The AC has been set at 75 since we moved in.
Diagnosis | Solution
The register boots were not sealed properly. Allowing hot air to meet the cool and condensing around the cool metal grilles. Sealed register boots to correc issue. No more condensation present.
