Since the plumbers came into the condo for the re-piping, the water from the kitchen sink comes out very warm and doesn’t get cold. There seems to be some water damage on the ceiling by the air vent. I’m not sure where it is coming from, but I only notice it recently.
Diagnosis | Solution
Re-piping routed pipes through the attic where the water is heated. It now takes longer for the water to run cool. Run water longer for it to run cool.
