Mailbox keys are not working on mailbox #3. Tried both mailbox #3 at both locations.
Diagnosis | Solution
HOA holds the master key for the mailbox. If the tenant would like to borrow it, he/she can leave a refundable deposit at the front desk ($20 cash, I believe) and borrow the key to see if it works. If the master key does work, the tenant is welcome to make a copy before returning the key. If the master key does not work, it is the homeowner’s responsibility to have the lock repaired or replaced. Tried master key and it worked. Obtained duplicates for tenants and our office.
