“Both toilets are gurgling air and gas. Flushing will cause the bowl to over flow. Tried flushing but the bowl does not drain.”

 

Diagnosis | Solution

Reported issue to association, they had received reports from other units as well. They sent out maintenance to clear the main drain and the problem was resolved.
