Within 1 hour of listing our property for rent, three interested parties called to inquire about seeing it, and the Lindsays set up the showings for the next day-there was no wasted time! The Lindsays had the potential tenants complete an application, did thorough background, income, etc checks of the applicants, and we had renters the next day! The Lindsays completed all of the necessary paperwork with the new tenants, as well as making sure our Homeowners Association was given all the paperwork they require. We did not have to worry about a thing!
