Lindsay Leasing is a fantastic husband and wife Property Management team! We recently bought an investment property in Sarasota, and needed a property manager, as we live in NY. Lindsay Leasing was recommended to us, and we are so glad that we are using them! Within 1 hour of listing our property for rent, three interested parties called to inquire about seeing it, and the Lindsays set up the showings for the next day-there was no wasted time! The Lindsays completed all of the necessary paperwork with the new tenants, as well as making sure our Homeowners Association was given all the paperwork they require.
