The owners of a seasonal rental property, who live abroad, reached out to us for assistance with managing their property after their current property manager retired. We were thrilled to take on the challenge and provide a fresh start for the owners.

After the current seasonal tenant’s lease expired and the unit was cleaned, we previewed the property and discussed the owner’s goals for the property. In addition to basic repairs, the owner expressed interest in making some improvements to the property. We suggested a few ideas for them to consider, including hiring an interior decorator to assist with design and overseeing contractors.

While the owners plan their return to the United States to evaluate what to do with the property, we prepared all of the necessary paperwork to rent the unit for the upcoming season in 2024. Our team is committed to providing exceptional service every step of the way.
