We were referred to the owners of this property by one of our long-term tenants. We met with the owners, learned about their objectives, reviewed our services and rates, and settled on a program to manage their portfolio. We quickly on-boarded their entire portfolio and immediately began managing the properties. These owners were relieved to have us overseeing their rentals so that they could get back to focusing on what matters most to them.
