Project Description
A new community featuring resort-style amenities and bustling with new home construction is the backdrop for this project. We met the owners while the property was still under construction. Upon completion, this brand home was missing a few details before it could be leased. Once the certificate of occupancy was issued we were able to go in and measure for window treatments, ceiling fans and lighting. We purchased the products and arranged for installation. Along the way we uncovered a few problems that the builder corrected promptly. We met with the community manager and got up to speed on the rules and regulations. The property was listed and leased quickly. Who wouldn’t want to rent this beautiful, brand new home?
