OUR PROVEN PROCESS, PRODUCES RESULTS
1. GAME PLAN
Understanding your needs enables us to map out a game plan. Every owner has their own reasons for owning a rental property and it is our job to learn yours. Only then can we make recommendations.
2. THE SEARCH
Once we settle on rental rates and other factors, we begin the tenant search. Our goal is to find, qualify and contract tenant(s) within 14 days. Not only is it our goal it's our average time on market.
3. TENANT RELATIONS
After moving-in the tenants, our focus shifts to collecting rent and managing lease terms and conditions. We take a pro-active approach to prevent issues, minimize surprises, and manage problems.
4. REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE
We manage property issues mornings, evenings or weekends. We resolve or qualify the issue before dispatching a vendor who's job is to diagnose and repair. We keep you in the loop along the way.
5. ONLINE RECORDS
We maintain copies of all vendor invoices, other property related documents, inspection videos and photos. Each period, we produce an updated P&L statement. Everything is in the cloud 24x7.
